Sudhir Taparia is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and the founding principal of the practice. He possesses a talent and forte both for successfully advising Indian based companies to
carry out their business operations in the UK as well as guiding and facilitating UK based companies who wish to invest in India. In addition to managing the accounting and consulting
arms of the firm, he also co-founded a UK healthcare company, which he helped to develop strategically from an embryonic start up, to become the leading tele-radiology reporting
company in Europe. The company was recently sold to a boutique private equity firm in London.
Neetu Taparia
Neetu Taparia is Indian qualified Chartered Accountant and a co-partner, who specialises in compliance issues for the practice and the clients. Neetu has honed her skills from the
inception of the firm and is known for her ability to identify client problems swiftly and also arrive at solutions with tremendous focus and foresight, developed over the years at the
firm.
Mohan Chowdhury
Mohan Chowdhury is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in various industry sectors such as property and the media as well as working in audit in the Oil and Gas
sector and his expertise lies in Financial Planning for SME sand 'High Net Worth' individuals. He works closely with the principal and manages the day to day work of the clientbase.
Gaurang Taparia
Gaurang Taparia is the newest addition to the practice who brings a breath of fresh air in his approach to addressing all the 'Business Process' needs of the firm and its clients. Since
joining he has spearheaded a small Business Development department for the practice and has brought in several professional service firms as clients. He is currently in the final stages
of his professional exams, to qualify as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Mihir Taparia
Mihir Taparia is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and a senior business executive with over 35 years of extensive financial, commercial and corporate development experience,
gained in North America and South East Asia. In the past 25 years in South East Asia, Mihir has been pivotal in the development of two mega greenfield infrastructure projects in
Indonesia in the energy space - both projects required capital expenditure of over a US $1 billion with financing from bilateral agencies, international banks and fund managers. Currently
he is based out of Singapore and is advising a variety of companies on their corporate development initiatives including M&A, capital raise and corporate restructuring. Mihir is also an
Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Alberta, Canada.
