Sudhir Taparia
Sudhir Taparia is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and the founding principal of the practice which he started in 1989. Under his direction, the firm has helped several Indian businesses to enter the UK market and, similarly, UK based business who have wanted to establish an ”India” presence. He is one of the few UK practising Chartered Accountant who has vast experience of working in the UK/India corridor. Sudhir also has natural forte and several years of experience in running his own and clients family offices. In addition to managing the accounting, tax and consulting arms of the firm, he also co-founded a UK healthcare company which he helped to develop from fledging blue print to now becoming the leading tele-radiology reporting company in Europe under new ownership.
Sudhir is an avid cricket follower and enjoys travelling in his leisure time
Neetu Taparia
Neetu Taparia is an Indian qualified Chartered Accountant and director, who specialises in compliance issues for the practice and runs the entire clients payroll and HR functions. Neetu has honed her skills from inception of the firm and is known for ability to identify client problems swiftly and also arrive at solutions with tremendous focus and foresight, developed over the years at the firm. Neetu has been instrumental in setting up the firms India office of which she is the managing partner.
Neetu has a passion for painting and reading books in her leisure time.
Mohan Chowdhury
Mohan Chowdhury is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in various industry sectors such as property, manufacturing, trading retail and his expertise lies in advising owner managed businesses in respect of their financial and operational management and also helping ‘High net worth’ individuals with their UK regulated and tax compliance work. He works closely with the directors and manages the day to day work of firms client base.
Mohan has a strong interest in music and fine art and a desire for writing fiction books.
Gaurang Taparia
Gaurang Taparia is a UK qualified accountant(ACCA) who joined the firm in 2007, has set up a small owner managed business department within the firm which has rapidly expanded since, he heads up firms business development and client relations, oversees firms credit control function and manages the firms overseas offices in India and Ireland. In addition, he also handles the firms entire personal tax portfolio from statutory tax filings to advisory work.
Gaurang is a Member of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and an avid supporter of Manchester United
Kaushal Panchal
Kaushal Panchal is a post graduate in International business from a reputed London School, joined TCL in 2021 and is responsible for Business Development by actively marketing firms service offerings using practice tools. Using his own initiative, he has created a niche ongoing work for the firm in the area of ROE compliance for overseas entities under the new legislation. He manages the existing and new client’s onboarding process and their KYC compliances and is responsible for client services delivery provisions and constantly identifying areas of improvement in firm practices.
Kaushal enjoys playing cricket and exploring the world.
Nicholas Smith
Nicholas Smith is a UK-qualified lawyer with over 30 years of experience as a legal counsel and acted as a company secretary for several UK companies and has been associated with the firm since 2004. He looks after all the clients’ company secretarial work, including corporate advisory matters.
Nicholas enjoys playing tennis, his country walks, target shooting and Tai Chi.

Jonathan has 30 years of experience within the immigration sector and his firm has assisted TCLs UK and global clients for over 15 years and have been successful with 100+ work and personal immigration applications of the firm in this time. TCL is working very closely to promote his new services, an ethical global immigration marketplace which connects overseas talent with employers who have difficulty filling vacancies with local workers. The first-of-its-kind platform has a global outlook and will expand rapidly over the next three years into overseas markets.

Its principal, Matthew Shaw, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience has been helping the firm with their hot and cold audit files and compliance reviews, including providing practical and constructive advice on unique audit technical issues that arise from time to time thus ensuring compliance with UK auditing Standards.
Mihir Taparia
Mihir Taparia is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and a senior business executive with over 35 years of extensive financial, commercial and corporate experience, gained in North America and South East Asia. In the past 25 years in SouthEast Asia. Mihir has been pivotal in the development of two mega greenfield infrastructure projects (US$ 1 billion) in Indonesia in the energy space; both projects required capital expenditure of over US$ 1 billion with financing from bilateral agencies, international banks and fund managers. He is based in Canada and is a consultant to TCL on their client’s strategic and fundraising matters.
